Recently we were contacted by the Ascoderu charity
So when we first started (2010 to 2014 ) Swamp Music Players were just a semi-annual music event held for charity. Ascoderu was our top charity to support providing communications for isolated villages. Ascoderu has since gone on and now has achieved some great projects for Africa and more to come! You never know what small positive contributions you do that will have big gains for others down the road, lives will be helped by Ascoderu and we are happy we helped get the ball rolling when they just started. They have a GofundMe currently for a digital library for African students and more be sure to check it out. I thank my fellow swampers and local musicians that helped with our numerous events back in the day , you did a good thing by helping !
